How to operate: After wearing well the belt, please use the auto pump device to inflate the belt. Press the "ON/OFF" button, and then press the "Start" button when you feel it is enough, according to personal feeling. Then turn off the auto pump and take the pump out. Auto pump device has 1-30 inflating, when it comes to 30, it will stop inflating. If you want to continue pumping, you can turn off the pump and start it again and keep doing pumping.
